According to the 2021 census, Fleming recorded a population of 70 inhabitants, making it the smallest official town in Saskatchewan by population at that time. The town is bordered primarily by the Rural Municipality of Moosomin No. 121, and also by the Rural Municipality of Maryfield No. 91.
