Kinistino is a town in north-central Saskatchewan, situated in the valley of the Carrot River, which flows approximately one mile east of the town. The surrounding land consists of rich agricultural soil, reflecting the region’s farming character.
Kinistino lies 30 kilometres northwest of Melfort on Highway 3, and 65 kilometres southeast of Prince Albert, placing it between two of the larger centres in north-central Saskatchewan.
