Richmound is a village in the Rural Municipality of Enterprise No. 142, within Census Division No. 8 in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is located approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Medicine Hat, Alberta. The area was originally settled by Germans, mostly Catholics who had come from South Russia.
The local economy is driven in large part by the oil and gas sector, alongside agriculture, which together form the backbone of community life in Richmound.
