Spalding is a village in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan, located within the Rural Municipality of Spalding No. 368 and Census Division No. 14. The village takes its name from Spalding, Lincolnshire, the birthplace of the wife of the first postmaster for Spalding.
Like many small communities across the province, the local economy is dominated by agriculture, which remains the primary industry shaping life in the village.
